We are also professionals in the trade, and we understand the importance of keeping our machines up and running and in proper working order at all times. We are aware that unexpected machine malfunctions can happen at any time and usually occur when we least expect it – usually on an emergency night call.
From our experience, the most common parts on a drain cleaning machine that usually stops working without notice are the air bulb and hose assembly, pressure switch assembly, feed bearings, forward-reverse toggle switch, and the bridge rectifier (if your machine is equipped with one). But even though these items fail unexpectedly, they are also easily replaced when on hand and can have you up and running again within minutes.
With the expensive cost of these replacement parts from the original manufacturer and suppliers, we didn’t want to purchase any extra replacement parts to keep on our trucks, we only purchased as needed, as most small businesses do. We took a chance, hoping not to have a machine malfunction while on the job, but we knew it was inevitable.
In 2017 we decided to develop our brand of drain cleaning machine replacement parts, not just for our personal use and benefit, but to offer them to everyone in the sewer and drain cleaning/plumbing industry, who is looking to save a few bucks, and receive the same if not better quality than the original item that came with our/your machines.
Rest assured, our replacement parts will fit and replace the original parts on your machine that stopped working. They have been tried and tested on our personal Spartan and Ridgid machines as well.

*Important Update: We have discontinued item number PN: DS103-A due to feedback from our cold-climate customers in Alaska, North Dakota, Minnesota, Wyoming, Montana, Maine, Wisconsin, Idaho, Vermont, and Michigan. It was brought to our attention that the 3/8″ O.D. x 3/16″ I.D. The PVC air hose was not flexible and held its shape right out of the box (coiled), and it is very difficult to maneuver underfoot when trying to operate their machines. It fits most Ridgid, Spartan, Valor, General, Electric Eel, and many other drain-cleaning machines that use air as an actuator. 3/8″ x 8′ long semi-flexible neoprene hose, Heavy-duty neck on the bulb, with a fitted barbed hose fitting insert. There is also an aluminum plate on the bottom of the foot pedal for added stability. The air hose O.D. (outside diameter) is 3/8″, and the I.D. (inside diameter) is 3/16″.
