This Agreement is entered into in the State of New York and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, exclusive of its choice of law roles. Each party to this Agreement submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts sitting in the County of New York in the State of New York and waives any jurisdictional, venue, or inconvenient forum objections to such courts. In any action to enforce this Agreement, the prevailing party will be entitled to costs and attorneys’ fees. In the event that any of the provisions of this Agreement are held by a court or other tribunal of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable, such provisions shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that this Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect.
This Agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the parties hereto pertaining to the subject matter hereof, and any and all written or oral agreements heretofore existing between the parties hereto are expressly canceled. Drainage Solutions LLC may modify the terms of this Agreement by posting notice of such modification on a page of the Site entitled “Legal Notices” or “Legal Information” (or similar title) before the modification takes effect.

We do not offer services or sell products to children nor will we request or knowingly collect personally identifiable contact information from anyone under the age of 13.
Also, we will not contact you via telephone or email for any reason other than in regards to an order that was placed, or if you have any questions that need answering. We do not hound our customers for reviews nor do we send out any solicitations or advertisements.

SHIPPING POLICY
Standard and Priority Shipping: All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS during normal business hours Monday – Friday, with the exclusion of weekends and holidays.
On occasion, an order may be held up an extra day or two depending on the time it takes for a payment to clear through our payment gateway (Authorize.net). All transactions with matching billing and shipping addresses are usually processed without a delay.
Once an order is processed you will be updated with a tracking number from the email address no-reply@stamps.com which is sent to the email address associated with your order. If you do not notice an email in your inbox check your spam folder. You will be able to click the tracking link in the email to track your order.
Our primary shipping carriers are UPS Ground (1-5 business days) USPS Ground Advantage and Priority Mail (1-5 business days).
NOTE: Once an order is received and cleared it leaves our facility the next business day (Monday – Friday), and it’s in the possession of the shipping carrier and out of our control, no matter what shipping option is used usually USPS Ground Advantage & Priority Mail normally takes 1-5 business days (Monday – Friday), and UPS Ground normally takes 1-5 business days (Monday – Friday) to arrive, business days do not include weekends and holidays.
On occasion, it is far and few between. The USPS tracking system may report that a tracking number was delivered but it was not received. This can be due to a number of reasons:
*You have a new or temporary postal carrier other than your “regular” postal carrier servicing your area, and he/she doesn’t know the specific location where your packages are to be left (i.e. by a side door or garage, rear of the house, front steps below the mailbox, etc..)
*Due to a postal carrier’s busy schedule or confusion the postal carrier may have left the package with a neighbor.
*A package may have been left in a different unexpected location around your property. I sometimes find my packages in the bushes on the side of my home.
If all is ruled out and you still have not located your package(s). You will want to contact your local post office and have them investigate and try to locate your package. This is the fastest solution because they can notify the postal carrier in charge of servicing your area. When calling have your tracking number available. Or, by visiting the USPS website Find Missing Mail and filling out their form.
You can also sign up for Informed Delivery a free service offered by the USPS. That provides a digital view of all your incoming mail and also provides confirmation if a package was scheduled to arrive and wasn’t received.
Due to the pandemic, all shipping carriers may have a slight delay in their delivery service and may take a little longer which is also out of our control. Tracking numbers are updated by the USPS and UPS to their website when possible and may not get updated until the package reaches its final destination (your local Post Office or UPS facility) and then marked as Out for Delivery. So please keep an eye on your tracking number. If your order has not been delivered after 10 business days please contact us so we may contact the shipping carrier to help try and locate your package. Thank you.
RETURN POLICY
Reasonable returns are accepted. All returns must be approved and completed within 30 days of the shipped date, and are eligible for a full refund under certain conditions. (see below).
Before a return can be shipped back to us the customer needs an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number which must be displayed legibly on the outer side of its original packaging or shipping carton. Packages missing an RMA number on the outer side of the shipping carton can not be processed and will be returned to the sender. No products can be returned without approval and proof of purchase.

Drain Cleaning Machine Replacement Parts and Accessories: Must be returned clean, unused, without any imperfections (no scratches or signs of use, or wear and tear) or have any missing or damaged parts, and must be in merchantable condition and ready for immediate resale. Item must be shipped back to us in its original packaging. All return shipping costs are at the sole cost of the customer and are non-refundable.
The following returns are acceptable:
All Drain Cleaning Machine Replacement Parts and Accessories returns are opened and examined via video camera inspection to ensure the product(s) returned are original and in unused condition.
Our product pages are very detailed in describing our Drain Cleaning Machine Replacement Parts, and making an error when placing an order is very slim, but we understand that mistakes can happen. So if an order was placed mistakenly we fully understand, and as long as the item(s) returned are in new, unused, and resalable condition we will refund 100% of the purchase price. If the returned item shows any signs of use or has missing or damaged parts a charge up to or equal to 100% will be deducted from the returned product(s) purchased price.
We are very strict with all returns on our Drain Cleaning Machine Replacement Parts because we have been burned many times in the past with customers returning their old broken items in place of what was actually purchased, returning used and damaged merchandise from improper use or installation, and even swapping out or keeping our supplied hose clamp or hose compression fitting and returning the item without these small parts included, or including their old and damaged hose clamps in place of our supplied new clamp. Thank you for understanding.
A Customer should expect to receive their refund if applicable within 5-7 business days once the returned merchandise has been received by us. Once inspected. We will send an email to the email address associated with your order which will include a copy of our unboxing video and any details regarding the return.
Drain Maintenance Products: (Bio-Tab®, Maximizer DT Pro™, Bio-Clean®, Toi-De-Fresh™, Bio-Snake Blocks®, Waste Go®, and Super Grade Bacteria): Returns on these products are very far and few between. All we ask is to follow the instructions on the product labels properly and give the product ample time to work. Afterwards, if you are not completely satisfied contact us using the return form below with your questions and concerns and let us help you in resolving your issue.
